add whitemorph (or wood) in the endings of the crashbar
--> the screws in the pedalholders will hold the bars better and will not get undone!

Sherman braking-pin
I am not a fan of pads, as I like to move my knees around and push into the machine the same way as I do when MonoSkiing.
But I discovered that just "sitting down" on the sherman to brake is often not good-enough when riding in steep downhill in forest .
so we need some momentum and a long lever to the fulcrum
(fulcrum = The point or support on which a lever pivots)
so why not using the crasch bar and a pin on which you can push your calf to brake?
and you do not need it on both sides.
tried and tested... works like a sharm!
Note that I updated it again ... (I leave the images from the first prototype below)

updated sherman pedals
I am a fan of front wedge and side wedge since 2015
see:
and
below are some photos ... enjoy!
the main thing is to adapt you pedals to your riding boots!
update:
because of the slight inward tilting on the sherman-pedals there is actually no need for the side wedge
so I cut it !
