Nordlock washer ...much better than loctite for the axle nuts!

I usually only use Loctite Blue but Sherman is heavy and my riding style is "drawing the lower legs back and push into the carve" .... so there is a lot of wear and tear on the tension in the axle nuts

I have had no problems since 2016 on my Monster but the axle nuts came loose on the sherman after just 200 km!

It may be an effect of me having higher pedal hangers in a stronger material than the original pedalhangers (chinese alu quality)

this is how loose pedalhangers looks like:

Then I discovered Nordlock
...so simple, cheap and WAY better than Loctite Red

I torque wrenched them at 120Nm

whitemorph in the crashbar ends

add whitemorph (or wood) in the endings of the crashbar
--> the screws in the pedalholders will hold the bars better and will not get undone!

Sherman braking-pin

I am not a fan of pads, as I like to move my knees around and push into the machine the same way as I do when MonoSkiing.

But I discovered that just "sitting down" on the sherman to brake is often not good-enough when riding in steep downhill in forest .

so we need some momentum and a long lever to the fulcrum

(fulcrum = The point or support on which a lever pivots)

so why not using the crasch bar and a pin on which you can push your calf to brake?

and you do not need it on both sides.

tried and tested... works like a sharm!

Note that I updated it again ... (I leave the images from the first prototype below)
